1. Data controller
Morocco Business Gateway collects and processes personal and company data submitted by its members (contact details, company identifiers such as ICE/RC, financial ranges, documents).
2. Purpose of processing (CNDP - law 09-08)
The information collected on the site is processed for the purpose of business matchmaking. In accordance with law 09-08, you have a right of access to and rectification of the information concerning you, which you may exercise at any time by contacting us.

3. Legal basis and consent
Data is processed on the basis of the member’s consent, given at registration, and to perform the intermediation service. A dedicated authorisation from the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel) will be obtained before production launch.
4. Your rights
You may request access, rectification or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing, subject to the platform’s legal retention obligations.
